On March 28, JD.com's "National Subsidy Rural Revitalization Tour" event was held at the Nanhu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Lunan District. The event collaborated with local JD.com Home Appliance Stores, JD.com Home Furnishing, and JD.com 3C Digital Stores to offer consumers national subsidies and multiple benefits.
The initiative aims to extend national subsidy policies to rural areas, allowing both urban and rural residents to share policy benefits. It promotes the adoption of quality products through genuine subsidies and convenient services, bringing premium goods into households.
The event attracted large crowds. Well-known brands such as Haier, Midea, and Hisense were present, offering a full range of home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, and computers, as well as home furnishings like sofas and beds, and 3C digital products. Consumers were able to experience product features on-site and make direct purchases, enjoying national subsidies and exclusive benefits in a one-stop shopping experience.
During the event, consumers purchasing designated refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, computers, or water heaters received a 15% national subsidy, with one item eligible per category and a maximum subsidy of 1,500 yuan per item. For designated mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches (or bands), and smart glasses priced under 6,000 yuan, a 15% subsidy was available, with one item per category and a cap of 500 yuan per item. Individuals could save up to 11,000 yuan in total.
To enhance the consumer experience, JD.com also offered additional exclusive benefits such as half-price deals, discounts on purchase amounts, and prize draws. Family-friendly interactive games were organized on-site, making the shopping experience more enjoyable.
Since the implementation of the "Two New" policies in 2024, JD.com has continuously invested manpower, resources, and funds to ensure the efficient and widespread implementation of national subsidies. In 2025, JD.com has allocated nearly 30 billion yuan to support the rural subsidy program, boosting rural consumption and promoting high-quality local economic development.
