MARKETINGFORCE Surges Over 5% by Noon on Rapid AI Application Business Growth

MARKETINGFORCE (02556) saw its shares rise more than 7% during the trading session. By the time of writing, the stock had increased by 5.16%, reaching HK$36.30, with a turnover of HK$117 million.

The company's recently released full-year 2025 results showed total revenue reached RMB 2.82 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 80.8%. This growth was primarily driven by the rapid expansion of its AI application business, which generated revenue of RMB 1.49 billion, up 76.5% compared to the previous year. Adjusted net profit was recorded at RMB 150 million, a surge of 91.3% year-on-year.

By the end of 2025, the number of the company's Key Account (KA) clients reached 1,609, an increase of 105.5% year-on-year, while the Average Contract Value (ACV) for KA clients rose by 60.6%. The number of Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients reached 27,000, up 3.0% year-on-year, with their ACV increasing by 33.1%.

Analysis highlighted that, according to the annual report, the company is continuously advancing the implementation of marketing scenarios centered around AI-native applications. This strategy is shifting its business from traditional SaaS services towards an AI-native application platform. As client needs evolve from seeking "decision support" to requiring "direct answers to business questions," the company is leveraging its capabilities in "scenario + data + platform + model" to gradually provide direct responses to business challenges. This shift encourages clients to move from purchasing software tools to procuring comprehensive solutions. Consequently, the pricing model has expanded from simple subscriptions to include performance-based and usage-based billing, implementing a token-consumption business model that creates a deeper alignment of interests with clients.
