On Monday, the three major US stock indices collectively rose. The Hang Seng Index ADR also advanced, proportionally calculated to close at 26,954.92 points, up 179.35 points or 0.67% compared to its Hong Kong close. Most major blue-chip stocks registered gains. HSBC Holdings closed at HKD 139.961, rising 3.91% from its Hong Kong settlement price. In contrast, Tencent Holdings closed at HKD 595.694, declining 0.47% compared to its Hong Kong close.
