CHINA DEVELOPMENT BANK FINANCIAL LEASING CO., LTD. (Stock Code: 1606) has disclosed a finance lease transaction with Beijing China Auto Rental Co., Ltd. dated 27 February 2026. According to the announcement, the transaction involves the purchase of certain vehicles under the Current Finance Lease Agreement for approximately RMB257.00 million, followed by a 60-month lease period.
