On November 3, it was learned from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology that the eighth batch of national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises has recently been announced, with 80 enterprises from Sichuan selected, ranking third nationwide in application approval rate.
Currently, the total number of specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises within the validity period in the province has reached 604.
Newly recognized "Little Giant" enterprises are mainly distributed in key industries such as electronic information. Specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises are located in core areas of industrial foundations and key links of industrial chains, possessing outstanding innovation capabilities, mastering core technologies, having high market share in niche segments, and excellent quality and efficiency. They are the "vanguard" of specialized and innovative enterprises.
The newly recognized specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises in this batch are mainly distributed in key industries such as electronic information, new materials, and biomedicine, deeply cultivating niche fields including integrated circuit supporting facilities, aerospace components, and innovative drugs, providing strong support for Sichuan Province's industrial chain to fill shortcomings, strengthen advantages, and fill "gaps."
For example, Chengdu Chenxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. successfully made the list by virtue of its innovation capabilities and technological advantages in the Micro-LED new display field. Relying on self-developed core technologies, the company was the first in the industry to light up mainland China's first TFT-based Micro-LED mass production line and achieve mass production and shipment, building a diversified product matrix and successively launching multiple "world's first" products, covering application scenarios such as command and dispatch, exhibition display, home theater, and smart wearables, gradually completing the product layout from large-size commercial displays to micro-displays, while continuously expanding customers including government and enterprise clients, cultural tourism, and industry integrators, accelerating product project implementation and batch delivery, and steadily advancing the industrialization of Micro-LED.
Chengdu Yuefan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., which also received recognition, is a technology enterprise deeply engaged in robot terminal delivery. Its robot products have entered more than 60 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu, serving over 65 million consumers cumulatively, with the highest market share in community terminal delivery nationwide. A relevant person in charge of Yuefan Innovation introduced that facing terminal delivery needs in different scenarios such as communities, apartments, and parks, the company has built a complete product matrix covering indoor and outdoor, upstairs and downstairs, and "Yuefan Lubao Pro" further achieves automatic unloading, allowing delivery directly to doorsteps.

In recent years, Sichuan has focused on solving practical difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises, including insufficient innovation investment, high digital transformation costs, inadequate matching of financing supply and demand, and limited channels for integrating into industrial chains, striving to promote high-quality development of enterprises.
For example, continuously optimizing the business environment and building a comprehensive service system of "Enterprise Home"; focusing on empowering the "15+N" key industrial chains, implementing the "1 chain leader + N supporting" docking mechanism, and promoting deep integration of small and medium-sized enterprises into industrial chains, supply chains, and innovation chains; addressing the bottlenecks and difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises being "unwilling to transform, afraid to transform, and unable to transform," through precise measures such as releasing "small, fast, light, and precise" digital tools, empowering enterprises with digitalization to improve quality and efficiency.
