MOBVISTA (01860) Reports Q3 Revenue of $532 Million, AI and Machine Learning Algorithms Drive Mintegral Growth

On November 21, MOBVISTA (01860) announced its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2025. The company demonstrated strong operational performance, with sustained growth in its core business.

Revenue for the third quarter reached $532 million, a 27.6% year-over-year increase, while gross profit rose to $111 million, up 26.4% YoY. Adjusted EBITDA surged 37.3% YoY to $47.05 million, reflecting improved profitability and cost control.

Mintegral, MOBVISTA's programmatic advertising platform, remained a key growth driver, contributing $508 million in revenue—a 26.2% YoY increase—and accounting for 95.5% of total group revenue. Notably, four AI and machine learning-powered smart bidding products launched since May 2023 have significantly enhanced ad performance, gaining widespread adoption. These products now represent over 80% of Mintegral's revenue.

The company diversified its advertiser base, achieving balanced growth across gaming and non-gaming verticals. Gaming revenue grew 30.5% YoY to $384 million (75.7% of Mintegral's total), while non-gaming revenue rose 14.5% to $124 million.

Looking ahead, MOBVISTA expects to strengthen its leadership in programmatic advertising through deeper AI and machine learning integration, supporting sustained high-quality growth.
