Jiangsu Azure Reports 711 Million Yuan Net Profit for 2025, Up 45.66%

Jiangsu Azure Corporation (002245.SZ) announced its annual results for 2025, with operating revenue reaching 8.113 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.09%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 711 million yuan, up 45.66% compared to the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 723 million yuan, representing a growth of 68.40%. Basic earnings per share stood at 0.6164 yuan.

Additionally, the company proposed a cash dividend of 1.00 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive), with no bonus shares issued. It also plans to distribute 4.80 additional shares per 10 shares from its capital reserve.

Throughout 2025, the company's lithium battery business maintained a strong growth trajectory, with both sales volume and profit recording significant year-on-year increases. Total lithium battery shipments grew approximately 52%, driven by notable recovery in international orders for power tools and rapid expansion in smart mobility applications. The company also achieved early deployment and shipments in emerging sectors such as BBU backup power and AI robotics.

The lithium battery segment generated revenue of 3.597 billion yuan, up 39.00% year-on-year, with a gross margin of 21.56%. The LED business also performed strongly during the reporting period, contributing approximately 1.584 billion yuan in revenue. Huai'an Shunchang recorded a net profit of around 145 million yuan, with a gross margin of 22.86%, an increase of 3.48 percentage points from the previous year.
