Midea Real Estate Releases 2026 Interim Report; Shareholders Asked to Confirm Communication Preferences

Bulletin Express09-28

Midea Real Estate Holding Limited announced that the English and Chinese editions of its 2026 Interim Report are now accessible in the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform. The board, chaired by Wang Dazai, encourages shareholders to review the online version but confirms that printed copies will be dispatched to those who have previously opted for hard-copy delivery or who request it via the enclosed reply form.

Registered shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or web access can obtain printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications free of charge by returning the reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar. The form can be submitted by post—using a prepaid mailing label—or by email.

The company underscores that maintaining a valid email address on record is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until a functional email address is provided, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will be sent in printed form only.

For questions, shareholders may contact Tricor’s hotline on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The notice was issued on 29 September 2026 under the authority of Midea Real Estate’s Board of Directors.
