Vingroup is the majority shareholder of VinFast, with a holding of 72.8%. This is followed by BlackRock, which holds 8.7% of the company. TPG Capital, Sequoia Capital, and SoftBank Vision Fund each hold 7.4%, 4.5%, and 2.5% of VinFast, respectively. The wild swing of VinFast Auto share price is due to a number of factors, including: • Low float: The float of VinFast Auto is very low, meaning that there are a limited number of shares available to trade.
