Changzhi Luzhou Rural Commercial Bank Fined 437,700 Yuan for False Financial Statistical Data Reporting and Other Violations

On December 31, according to the administrative penalty decision information disclosure form from the People's Bank of China Changzhi City Branch, Changzhi Luzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. was issued a warning and fined 437,700 yuan for five types of violations.

The specific violation types are as follows: 1. Reporting false financial statistical data; 2. Failing to close temporary accounts in a timely manner upon expiration, with no transactions occurring after the expiry date; 3. Continuing transactions using expired account documentation; 4. Submitting suspicious transaction reports without including all required elements as stipulated; 5. Improper notification procedures for negative credit information.
