BAMA TEA Shareholder Deposits 31.9 Million Shares with HKCC, Affecting Holdings

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 7th, a significant position change occurred for BAMA TEA (06980). The total deposited share value amounted to HK$657 million, representing 60.27% of the relevant holdings.

The company's shareholder deposited 31,933,100 shares with China Securities Depository and Clearing Hong Kong, resulting in a reduction of their shareholding proportion by 83.01%.

BAMA TEA has issued an announcement stating that the company has received approval from the Stock Exchange for the listing and trading of approximately 31,933,100 H shares, which were converted from domestic shares held by participating shareholders.

The conversion of these shares was completed on July 7, 2026, and the converted shares are scheduled to commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on July 8, 2026.

In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, these converted H shares are subject to statutory transfer restrictions for a one-year period commencing from the company's listing date on the Stock Exchange, which was October 28, 2025.
