INNOSCIENCE (02577) Wins Lawsuit Against Infineon as ITC Rules No Infringement on Both Patents in Dispute

Stock News12-03

INNOSCIENCE (02577) announced that its board of directors is pleased to confirm the company's victory in the lawsuit against Infineon. On December 2, 2025 (Eastern Time), the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a ruling regarding the Section 337 investigation initiated by Infineon against INNOSCIENCE. The ITC determined that INNOSCIENCE did not infringe one of the two disputed patents at all, while the other patent's workaround design (currently used in the company's products) was also found non-infringing.

This ITC ruling further clarifies INNOSCIENCE's intellectual property status and removes potential obstacles for its future global expansion. The company remains committed to respecting and protecting intellectual property rights while continuing to deliver superior silicon-based gallium nitride power solutions to clients worldwide.
