INT Medical Schedules First 2026 EGM to Vote on Board Changes, Share Award Limit, and Governance Amendments

Shanghai INT Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (INT Medical) has issued a proxy form outlining the agenda for its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026, to be held on Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) at Block 2, No. 925 Jin Yuan Yi Road, Jiading District, Shanghai. Shareholders of record are invited to participate in person or by proxy.

Five resolutions are slated for shareholder approval:

1. Ordinary resolutions • Appointment of Dr. Zhang Peng as an independent non-executive director for the fourth board session. • Appointment of Dr. Lai Wan Lung as an independent non-executive director for the fourth board session. • Increase in the individual award limit for Dr. Liang Dongke under the company’s H-Share Award and Trust Scheme.

2. Special resolutions • Amendments to the Articles of Association. • Amendments to the Rules of Procedures for the Board.

Proxy submissions, together with any relevant authorization documents, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the meeting starts. Completion of the proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person, in which case the proxy will be deemed revoked.

Votes will be cast by marking “For,” “Against,” or “Abstain” on each resolution, with abstentions counted as votes carrying voting rights for tallying purposes.
