Luxshare Precision Raises HK$788.80 Million From Partial Over-Allotment; Stabilization Period Ends

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (LUXSHARE ICT) disclosed that overall coordinators partially exercised the over-allotment option on 5 August 2026, resulting in the issue of 12.54 million H shares—equivalent to 3.27% of the shares originally offered under the global offering. The shares were priced at HK$63.28 each, identical to the IPO offer price, and are scheduled to begin trading on the Hong Kong Main Board at 9:00 a.m. on 10 August 2026.

The additional issuance will generate net proceeds of approximately HK$788.80 million after deducting underwriting fees and related expenses. Management confirmed that the funds will be allocated proportionally to the purposes outlined in the prospectus.

Shareholding immediately after the transaction stands at 7.34 billion A shares (94.88% of issued capital) and 396.01 million H shares (5.12%), compared with 4.96% H-share representation before the exercise.

The stabilization period tied to the IPO concluded on 5 August 2026. During the 30-day window, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., acting as stabilizing manager, undertook the following actions: 1. Over-allocated 57.52 million H shares, or 15.00% of the original offering size. 2. Repurchased 44.98 million H shares on-market at prices ranging from HK$50.95 to HK$63.25; the final purchase occurred on 31 July 2026 at HK$55.70. 3. Partially exercised the over-allotment option for 12.54 million H shares at HK$63.28 to settle delayed deliveries to placees.

Any unexercised portion of the over-allotment option lapsed upon expiration of the stabilization period. The company confirmed continued compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirement, maintaining H-share market capitalization above HK$1.00 billion held by public investors.
