Beijing Haizhi Technology Group Co., Ltd. (HAIZHI TECH GP) reported that 3.79 million new H shares were issued in August 2026 through the exercise of options under its 2025 H Share Option Incentive Scheme. The move lifted both authorised and issued share counts and generated RMB 0.38 million in cash proceeds.
The total authorised/registered share capital rose to 404.22 million shares (par value RMB 0.10 each), up from 400.43 million a month earlier, taking registered capital to RMB 40.42 million.
Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) increased by the same 3.79 million shares to 404.22 million, with no treasury shares outstanding. All incremental shares originated from the option scheme: 3.79 million options were exercised, reducing outstanding options under the 2025 plan to 6.72 million, while 3.70 million shares remain available for future grants.
The company confirmed that its public float continues to meet the minimum 15% threshold required under Hong Kong Listing Rules. No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were active during the period, and there were no share repurchases or treasury share movements.
Total funds received from the option exercises amounted to RMB 0.38 million.
