(605050.SH) announced that Ningbo Renke Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Renke Partnership"), a concerted party of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, as well as a shareholder holding more than 5% of shares, plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 14.7849 million shares, representing no more than 3% of the company's total shares.
