Q TECH Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in July 2026 as 33,000 Options Lapse

Q Technology (Group) Company Limited (Q TECH) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a stable share structure and no new equity issuance.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised capital remained at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. • Issued shares stood firm at 1.19 billion, identical to the previous month. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, leaving total issued share capital unchanged.

Public Float Status • The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Share Option Movements • Under the option scheme approved on 28 June 2024, 12.92 million options were outstanding at the start of July. • During the month, 33,000 options lapsed, reducing the outstanding balance to 12.89 million. • No options were exercised; consequently, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised. • An additional 6.14 million shares remain available for future issue under existing grants, while the scheme still allows up to 104.95 million shares for potential future option grants. • All existing options carry an exercise price of HKD 8.23 per share and were granted on 27 June 2025.

Overall, Q TECH’s July filing highlights a month of capital stability with minor attrition in outstanding share options and full adherence to Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements.
