Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (Longcheer) disclosed that it repurchased 125,900 H-shares on 1 September 2026, deploying HKD 2.87 million at prices between HKD 22.56 and HKD 22.98 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 22.79.
Following the transaction, Longcheer’s outstanding H-share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.24% to 51.92 million, while treasury shares rose to 337,200. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 52.26 million.
The buyback forms part of a shareholder mandate approved on 8 May 2026 that allows repurchase of up to 5.23 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Longcheer has repurchased 337,200 shares, or 0.65% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date, leaving capacity to repurchase a further 4.89 million shares.
Repurchased shares are being held in treasury; no shares have yet been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Longcheer is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 2 October 2026.
