On March 26, Indonesian Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin and his delegation visited the Beijing headquarters of YIDU TECH (02158). Minister Sadikin held discussions with the company's founder and chairperson, Gong Rujing. The talks focused on deepening digital health cooperation between China and Indonesia and advancing the digital transformation of Indonesia's national healthcare system. This visit comes at a critical time as Indonesia is actively pursuing its "Golden Indonesia Vision 2045." As the world's fourth most populous country, Indonesia has prioritized the digital transformation of its healthcare sector to address urgent needs such as improving medical accessibility, managing chronic disease burdens, and building a resilient health system. During the exchange, YIDU TECH demonstrated its core capabilities in healthcare data governance, artificial intelligence applications, and the development of national-level digital health platforms. Specific discussions centered on intelligently upgrading Indonesia's national health data platform, integrating AI into the medical system, and establishing a population health management framework, aligning with Indonesia's development goals for medical data integration and healthcare efficiency. Both parties reached a broad consensus on next-step collaboration plans. Minister Sadikin stated that the cooperation direction strongly aligns with Indonesia's current strategy of driving digital transformation in its healthcare system and expressed hope for the swift implementation of specific projects. He emphasized that medical digitization is an essential path for Indonesia to achieve equitable healthcare for all and that the country is willing to deepen cooperation in digital health and smart hospitals to safeguard public health through digital innovation. In recent years, YIDU TECH has strengthened communication with Indonesian health authorities and biopharmaceutical companies, conducting multiple rounds of discussions on health data governance, medical data platform expansion, and AI medical technology applications. This ministerial-level visit marks a significant step into the substantive implementation phase of their collaboration. YIDU TECH brings extensive experience in developing national digital health platforms, notably the BruHealth platform created in partnership with Brunei's Ministry of Health, which has become a representative digital health governance model in Southeast Asia and gained recognition from the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization. As AI continues to reshape global health governance, YIDU TECH aims to adapt its proven technological capabilities and practical experience into tailored solutions for Indonesia, providing solid support for deepening bilateral cooperation. Gong Rujing noted that the visit highlights the significant potential for digital health collaboration under the "Health Silk Road" initiative. The company will use this opportunity to further deepen cooperation with Indonesian partners and accelerate the implementation of national-level digital health projects in Indonesia, contributing to the development of an efficient, intelligent, and accessible national digital health system.
