On December 31, Honor's EMT management team issued a 2026 New Year address titled "Solid Work Forges a New Journey, Confidence Opens a New Future."

The address highlighted that in 2025, Honor's global market footprint continued to expand, with smartphone shipments surpassing 71 million units for the first time, marking a 9% increase. The China region withstood pressure and stabilized its core business foundation; overseas sales surged by 47%, accounting for over 50% of the total for the first time. Shipments in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa exceeded 10 million units, with market share surpassing 10% in 17 key countries, establishing new strongholds for growth. As localization efforts deepen, Honor's on-the-ground presence in overseas markets is also accelerating.

Regarding AI devices, the ROBOT PHONE – the Alpha Phone Robot, unveiled this past October, is planned for mass production and release next year. An embodied intelligent robot is also set to debut soon, poised to enter everyone's work and daily life. Concurrently, Honor continues to strengthen its efforts in pioneering and groundbreaking technological research, focusing on key directions by establishing the Alpha Lab, dedicated to creating a hub for innovation in edge and device-side AI technology.

Looking ahead to 2026, the address noted that the AI wave is rapidly reshaping the industry landscape, constantly breaking through existing boundaries. With global memory supply and demand under pressure and prices rising significantly... Honor will meet these opportunities and challenges with firm conviction. "The more challenging the times, the more it tests our ability to identify risks, adapt flexibly, seize opportunities, and adjust quickly amidst rapid change. We will steadily advance our comprehensive 2C transformation driven by a user-centric mindset, remaining steadfast in our goals and forging ahead courageously!"

Honor stated its commitment to firmly pursuing its development strategy of transforming into an AI device ecosystem company. The goal is to move AI from technological innovation into daily life, deeply integrating it into users' everyday scenarios. The company is also committed to its development direction of being user-centric, youthful, premium, and global, focusing on creating high-quality, popular products. It upholds the development philosophy of unity, openness, co-creation, and sharing. By joining hands with global partners, including Alibaba, BYD, Google, and Qualcomm, for comprehensive strategic cooperation, Honor aims to promote shared industry development and embrace a new era of AI characterized by open symbiosis and value co-creation.
