Ping An (02318) held a service upgrade conference on July 28, marking its "2026 Service Year," to unveil a major enhancement to its health and longevity management system.

The "Ping An Health and Longevity Management Service System" leverages three core capabilities—medical science, AI, and cutting-edge technology—to offer customers a full-cycle, proactive health management solution through systematic risk prevention and intervention.

During the event, Ping An Good Doctor (01833) announced the formation of the Longevity Management Ecosystem Alliance and inaugurated 11 Ping An Health and Longevity Centers across China.

Building a Risk Prevention and Proactive Intervention System

Ping An Group Co-CEO Guo Xiaotao stated that the company aligns its healthcare ecosystem with national priorities, public needs, and demographic trends.

In recent years, Ping An has been developing a management-style medical model with Chinese characteristics, integrating an "online, in-hospital, at-home, and at-work" service network. This approach provides cost-effective medical, health, and elderly care solutions covering the full life cycle, bringing proactive health management into everyday life.

The newly upgraded service system responds to the State Council's "National Health 15th Five-Year Plan," which accelerates the shift from passive treatment to proactive health management as a key strategy for addressing population aging.

Ping An Good Doctor CEO He Mingke explained that the system focuses on two core concepts: "staying at the table" to maintain a healthy baseline and "playing the winning hand" through proactive health interventions.

Utilizing medical science, AI, and advanced technology, the system establishes four protective layers: comprehensive upfront screening, 24/7 safety response, full-process medical assistance, and multi-disease management across the life cycle. This enables early identification and management of health risks.

Additionally, a "triple-pillar" proactive intervention approach addresses behavioral habits, physical function, and mental well-being. Behavioral interventions focus on chronic disease management and lifestyle habits, physical interventions target metabolic regulation and body maintenance, and mental interventions address cognitive health, all aimed at improving quality of life.

To ensure high-quality implementation, Ping An has developed a rigorous "four-level quality control" system covering source control, standard management, process monitoring, and after-sales risk management. Service delivery is guaranteed through a "four-dedication" commitment: dedicated health managers, professional expert teams, personalized health plans, and exclusive privacy protection.

He Mingke also demonstrated the "Ping An Intelligent Private Coach," a digital health management service combining AI with human coaches. This feature creates a full-cycle exercise management loop of "assessment, training, and consolidation," pairing users with both a personal fitness coach and an AI smart coach.

The service uses Ping An's proprietary DeepBody engine to capture full-body skeletal key points for real-time online guidance. Coaches average over five years of experience and hold international certifications such as NSCA and ACE. The service is compatible with mobile phones, iPads, and TVs for flexible, on-demand training.

11 Health and Longevity Centers Inaugurated, Industry Alliance Forms New Ecosystem

At the conference, 11 Ping An Health and Longevity Centers were officially inaugurated across the country. These centers represent Ping An's first physical presence in the longevity medicine field, operating on the foundation of Ping An Good Doctor's 11 self-operated medical institutions. They will also collaborate with affiliated partners to build a broader national longevity medicine service network.

Guided by the "Centennial Health Assessment System" from the 2026 High-Quality Health and Longevity White Paper, the centers will integrate precision medicine, nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, sleep medicine, and psychosomatic medicine to create a full-life-cycle health management loop.

Simultaneously, Ping An Good Doctor's Longevity Ecosystem Alliance inducted its first 46 industry-leading partners.

Addressing challenges in the health supply chain, such as fragmented services, untraceable historical data, broken care pathways, and inconsistent delivery quality, the alliance aims to establish industry standards, integrate quality service resources, and reshape user experience for sustainable, high-quality industry growth.

Ping An stated it will continue to evolve its medical, health, and elderly care systems in line with the 15th Five-Year Plan, opening its platform capabilities and expanding its ecosystem to build a higher-quality, more resilient health aging industry ecosystem.
