WTI crude futures and Brent oil futures fell around 3%.

Al Hadath sources say understandings have been reached to ease the blockade in exchange for a gradual reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, with intensive talks ongoing to restore transit. Arabic sources report that the coming hours may bring a breakthrough regarding ships currently stuck in the strait.

    Fake news. How many times have we heard this?   Iran is very clear on their position. It hasn't changed even after all these alleged cease fire and peace agreements and other such propaganda from the white house.This is market manipulation to push the market up.  The Strait will not open except on Irans terms and for their friends.
