Henan's Anyang City Records 3.6% GDP Expansion in First Half of 2026

On July 30, the Anyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics and the Anyang Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics released the economic performance report for the first half of 2026. Based on unified calculations, Anyang City's gross domestic product (GDP) totaled 136.98 billion yuan in the first half of the year, reflecting a 3.6% year-on-year increase at constant prices, which was 0.1 percentage point higher than the first quarter.

Breaking down by industry, the primary sector's added value stood at 10.2 billion yuan, up 3.8%; the secondary sector added value reached 53.56 billion yuan, up 1.5%; and the tertiary sector added value hit 73.22 billion yuan, up 5.1%.
