Zhejiang Shibao Company Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report, available in both English and Chinese, has been published on 25 September 2026. Shareholders can access the document through the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s investor portal (www.zjshibao.com).

In compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules, Zhejiang Shibao has adopted an electronic-only dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents, and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without an active email on record, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must independently monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates.

Stakeholders preferring hard-copy documents may request printed versions free of charge by returning the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or by emailing zhejiangshibao.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address, and request.
