YH ENT updates fund subscription, appoints HK Cai Fu Ju as new investment manager

YH Entertainment Group (YH ENT) has amended the May 2025 subscription agreement for its private fund managed by Star Light Blessing Limited, confirming the replacement of MaiCapital Limited with HK Cai Fu Ju Asset Management Ltd. as investment manager, effective 26 June 2026.

The new manager, incorporated in Hong Kong on 19 July 2016 and wholly owned by Yi Wang, holds a Type 9 (asset management) licence from the Securities and Futures Commission. The fund has not yet commenced operations, and YH ENT states that the fund, its general partner, the new investment manager and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are all independent third parties.

All other provisions of both the Limited Partnership Agreement and the original Subscription Agreement remain unchanged. The company’s board is chaired by Executive Director and CEO Du Hua.
