Sa Sa International Sets 27 Aug 2026 AGM; Final & Special Dividends, Board Re-elections and 20% Issuance Mandate on Agenda

Sa Sa International Holdings Limited will convene its annual general meeting at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 27 August 2026, in Training Room 1, 8/F, Block B, MP Industrial Centre, Chai Wan, Hong Kong.

Key resolutions include:

• Financial Statements & Dividends Shareholders will receive the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 and vote on both a final dividend and a final special dividend for the same period.

• Board Composition Re-election is proposed for executive directors Dr Kwok Siu Ming Simon and Dr Kwok Law Kwai Chun Eleanor, along with independent non-executive directors Mr Tan Wee Seng and Prof Chan Hiu Fung Nicholas. The board will be authorised to set their remuneration.

• Auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers is nominated for re-appointment, with the board empowered to determine audit fees.

• Share Capital Authorities 1) A general mandate would allow the board to issue, allot or deal with additional shares—or transfer treasury shares—up to 20% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) during the mandate period. 2) A separate mandate would permit buy-backs of up to 10% of issued shares. 3) Shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate could be added to the 20% issuance limit.

• Shareholder Eligibility The register of members will close from Monday, 24 August 2026 to Thursday, 27 August 2026 (both dates inclusive). To qualify for attendance and voting, share transfers must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 21 August 2026.

All other AGM logistics, including proxy arrangements and weather contingencies, follow standard Hong Kong regulatory practice.
