EB ENVIRONMENT (00257) announced that the company has submitted an application to China's National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) for the registration of multi-variety debt financing instruments with a total amount not exceeding RMB 15 billion. The proposed issuance will be conducted in multiple tranches at appropriate times within two years from the date of the acceptance notice issued by NAFMII. As the application is still under review, it remains uncertain whether and when the application will be approved, as well as when the registration of the debt financing instruments will be completed.
