JXR’s 2025 Sustainability Report Highlights Robust Governance, Medical Innovation and Firm ESG Targets

JXR (Jinxin Fertility Group) has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining solid progress across governance, innovation, service quality, workforce development, community engagement and environmental stewardship.

Governance & Compliance • The board now comprises 11 directors, with independent non-executives and female directors each representing 36.36 % of the total. • A five-committee structure (Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Nomination, Strategy, Medical Quality & R&D) underpins decision-making. • 100 % of employees received anti-corruption training (1.5 hours on average); no corruption-related lawsuits were recorded. • Over 85 % of key information systems have attained China’s Class III cybersecurity certification.

Medical Innovation & Quality • 25 national, provincial and municipal research projects launched in 2025; 66 SCI papers and 24 Chinese core-journal papers published. • Patent portfolio grew to 56. • Sichuan Jinxin Xinan Hospital selected for Sichuan Preconception Care Specialty construction; Shenzhen Zhongshan Hospital won the China Maternal and Child Health Science & Technology Award (Second Prize). • Normalised quality-control regime delivered more than 40 on-site inspections; medical service complaint resolution rate reached 100 %.

Employee Development & Welfare • Workforce totalled 3,494 (83 % female); labour-contract and social-insurance coverage at 100 %. • Average training time: 26.60 hours per employee; senior-management average 35.00 hours. • Turnover fell to 4.33 %. Two work-related accidents were reported over the past three years; no fatalities in 2025. • Compensation combines fixed pay and performance-linked variable pay (>50 % of total); RSU scheme in place for key staff.

Community Contribution • More than 1,000 residents benefited from free fertility health clinics such as the “Pregnancy for the Future” programme. • Employees receive up to eight paid volunteer hours annually; hospital outreach events served ~200 community participants on International Women’s Day.

Environmental Performance & Targets • 2025 total energy use: 25,260.18 MWh; water use: 202,910.95 m³. • Scope 1+2 GHG emissions: 11,543.91 tCO₂e, equal to 0.044 tCO₂e per RMB 10,000 revenue. • Hazardous-waste intensity fell 40 % from 2020 baseline; medical wastewater discharge remained within regulatory limits. • Sustainability-linked loan KPIs target cumulative reductions (from 2024 baseline) in Scope 1+2 emissions of 3.0 % by 2025 and 8.7 % by 2027, and water-use cuts of 3.2 % and 9.3 % over the same period.

Outlook JXR plans deeper governance refinements, expanded R&D collaborations and continued green-operation upgrades to meet its 2026 performance targets while reinforcing its leadership in assisted reproductive services in China and the United States.
