HK&S Hotels (The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited) has published its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), proxy form, and the 2025 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Report with climate-related disclosures. All documents, in both English and Chinese, are now accessible in electronic form on the company website (www.hshgroup.com) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing website (www.hkexnews.hk). The sustainability materials are provided exclusively online in the “Sustainable Luxury” section of the company site.
The AGM will be held at The Peninsula Hong Kong, Salisbury Road, Kowloon, on 13 May 2026 at 12:00 noon.
In line with HKEX’s expanded paperless listing regime, HK&S Hotels has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders can receive publication alerts by subscribing to the free News Alerts service on the HKEX website.
The company is soliciting shareholders’ email addresses via a personalised QR-code reply form, email (hsh.ecom@computershare.com.hk), or post to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services. Without a functional email address on record, shareholders will need to check the company and HKEX websites proactively; only actionable corporate communications will be mailed in printed form.
Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may request printed versions free of charge by emailing or writing to the share registrar. Such requests remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.
