New Media Lab Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

• Authorised Share Capital: 1.00 billion ordinary shares at HKD 0.01 par value, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million; no increase or decrease was recorded.

• Issued Share Capital: 600.00 million ordinary shares outstanding with zero treasury shares, unchanged from the previous month.

• Public Float: The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

• Share Option Scheme: No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in May. The 2023 scheme still allows up to 60.00 million additional shares to be issued upon future option grants. No funds were raised from option exercises during the month.

• Other Instruments: The issuer reported no activity in warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance agreements, and executed no share repurchases or cancellations.

The filing, submitted on 2 June 2026 by Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Liu Suet Ying, indicates a stable capital structure with no dilution events or treasury-share movements in the reporting period.
