Greatview Announces Joint Company Secretary Resignation and Authorised Representative Transition

Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited reported that Joint Company Secretary Mr. Diao Shaolong will step down from his roles as joint company secretary, authorised representative under HKEX Listing Rule 3.05, and Hong Kong process agent, all effective 11 September 2026. Mr. Diao confirmed he has no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention.

Following the departure, Mr. Leung Chi Kit will be redesignated as the sole company secretary. Executive Director Mr. Wang Dawei will assume the positions of authorised representative and process agent from the same effective date.

As at the announcement date (11 September 2026), Greatview’s Board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Yuan Xunjun (Chairman) and Mr. Wang Dawei—five non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
