SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED disclosed a small-scale on-market share repurchase carried out on 23 July 2026. The company bought back 28,500 ordinary shares at prices ranging between HKD 3.46 and HKD 3.48, for a volume-weighted average consideration of HKD 3.4749 per share. The total outlay amounted to HKD 0.10 million.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 620.66 million to 620.63 million, representing a marginal 0.0046% reduction. The repurchased shares were transferred to treasury, lifting the treasury-share balance to 1.57 million.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 62.22 million shares. Cumulatively, Saint Bella has now repurchased 1.57 million shares, equal to 0.25% of the share count on the mandate date, leaving roughly 60.65 million shares still available for future buybacks.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, expiring on 22 August 2026.
