China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG Duty Free) has issued a proxy form for its 2026 first H-shareholders’ class meeting, which will convene on Friday, 26 June 2026, immediately after the conclusion of the company’s 2025 annual general meeting and the 2026 first A-shareholders’ class meeting at the Conference Hall, Yuyang Hotel, No. 18 Xinyuan Xili Middle Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Key agenda • Special Resolution: H-shareholders will vote on “Granting the General Mandate to the Board of Directors to Repurchase Shares of the Company.” • The mandate, if approved, will authorize the board to repurchase the company’s shares within limits set by applicable laws and regulations.

Proxy arrangements • H-shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another individual as proxy. • Completed proxy forms, together with any required powers of attorney, must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than 24 hours before the meeting. • Shareholders or their proxies must present valid identification for admission.

Additional notes • Joint shareholders may vote through the holder whose name appears first on the register if more than one joint holder is present. • Submission of a proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person. • All dates and times refer to Hong Kong local time.
