C TRANSMISSION: Shareholder Group Withdraws EGM Requests; Director Resignation Confirmed; Trading Remains Suspended

China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (“C TRANSMISSION”) reported three key developments on 21 April 2026:

1. Withdrawal of EGM Requisitions • Two wholly owned subsidiaries of Fullshare Holdings had demanded extraordinary general meetings to replace certain board members. • Fullshare notified C TRANSMISSION on 16 April 2026 that these requisitions, and all related resolutions, are withdrawn following recent changes to the board disclosed on 16 January, 23 March and 31 March 2026. • As a result, no requisitioned EGM will be convened. All previously issued circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms have lapsed and are no longer valid.

2. Director Resignation Update • Former non-executive director Mr. Ye Xingming resigned effective 23 March 2026. • Mr. Ye has since confirmed that the resignation was to devote more time to family affairs. • All other details in the 23 March 2026 resignation announcement remain unchanged.

3. Continued Suspension of Trading • Trading in C TRANSMISSION shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026. • Suspension will continue until publication of the company’s audited results for the financial year 2025. • Further announcements will be released in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
