China Gas Holdings Limited on 4 June 2026 confirmed that its latest Corporate Communications—comprising the Circular dated the same day, Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM) and Proxy Form—are now available on both the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s site (www.chinagasholdings.com.hk).
The group is implementing the Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime (Main Board Listing Rule 2.07) that took effect on 31 December 2023. Under the new framework, China Gas will distribute all future Corporate Communications electronically, replacing routine hard-copy mailings.
Key operational points for shareholders:
1. Electronic Access and Consent • Shareholders are invited to provide a valid email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed Reply Form or by emailing chinagas.ecom@computershare.com.hk—to receive prompt notifications when Corporate Communications are uploaded. • If no functional email is supplied, shareholders must proactively monitor the company and HKEX websites for new documents; only “Actionable Corporate Communications” (e.g., forms requiring shareholder instructions) will be sent in print.
2. Printed Copies on Request • Printed versions of the current Circular, SGM Notice and Proxy Form can be obtained free of charge by emailing the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by written request to its Wanchai office. • Shareholders may elect to receive all future Corporate Communications in hard copy by submitting the Reply Form; such an election remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.
Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours. The notification is issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman and President Mr Liu Ming Hui.
