This product originates from the core production areas in and around Lanzhou City. Its cultivation strictly adheres to green production standards, and the unique combination of a cool climate, ample sunlight, and high-quality water sources contributes to its distinctive characteristics. The production techniques employ a blend of traditional and modern methods, including blanching and shading cultivation, with standardized production and management ensuring consistent quality and safety.
