The Xiong'an Worker's Cultural Palace has officially commenced operations recently. Today, let's take an immersive tour through the lens and unlock a new destination for the May Day holiday. Located on Zhiyuan North Road in the Rongxi area, the Worker's Cultural Palace spans a total area of approximately 38,000 square meters. The building's exterior design draws inspiration from the forms of the Baiyangdian Lake wetlands. One single structure and four spatial forms behind it resemble platform fields on the water's surface, naturally creating distinct functional zones.

A key feature of the Worker's Cultural Palace is its multifunctionality. The single building houses the Employee Service Center, while the four rear spaces comprise a cinema, a swimming and fitness center, a comprehensive sports hall, and a Beijing Opera theater, together forming the Employee Cultural and Sports Center. The cinema includes one 142-seat hall, one 80-seat hall, and three 72-seat halls.

The swimming and fitness center and the comprehensive sports hall primarily focus on athletic functions. The first floor contains a swimming pool and a table tennis hall. The swimming pool is 25 meters long with six lanes, and the table tennis hall is equipped with ten tables. The second-floor fitness center supports strength training, yoga, Pilates, and more. The comprehensive sports hall can be flexibly configured as needed between eight badminton courts and two basketball courts. A tennis court located on the basement level will also open during the May Day holiday.

Could this 466-seat theater be exactly what opera enthusiasts have been longing for? The National Beijing Opera Theater and the Suzhou Su Opera Theater will take turns presenting classic opera performances, delivering high-quality professional shows. Outdoors, there are basketball courts, a skatepark, and more. I can't wait to enjoy a fulfilling day of cultural and sports activities!

During the May Day holiday, a food market will be held in the sunken plaza, offering a unique experience combining opera and cuisine. In one word, my experience can be summarized as: all-ages friendly. With so many functions, people of different age groups can always find something they enjoy. What other hidden features are there? Come and discover them for yourself!
