Launch Tech Company Limited (Stock Code: 2488) has issued a notice of its Special General Meeting (SGM), scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the 10/F R&D Block, Launch Industrial Park, No. 4012 North of Wuhe Road, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen.

The notice sets out two special resolutions. First, it proposes amendments to the Articles of Association and the abolition of the existing Supervisory Committee. The board has indicated that directors will be authorized to manage all required filings, registrations, and any further amendments demanded by the authorities as a result of these changes. Second, the notice includes a proposal to reduce the company’s registered capital.
