Launch Tech (2488) Schedules Special General Meeting on 19 November 2025 to Address Amendments and Capital Reduction

Launch Tech Company Limited (Stock Code: 2488) has issued a notice of its Special General Meeting (SGM), scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the 10/F R&D Block, Launch Industrial Park, No. 4012 North of Wuhe Road, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen.

The notice sets out two special resolutions. First, it proposes amendments to the Articles of Association and the abolition of the existing Supervisory Committee. The board has indicated that directors will be authorized to manage all required filings, registrations, and any further amendments demanded by the authorities as a result of these changes. Second, the notice includes a proposal to reduce the company’s registered capital. The Chairman and an authorized representative will oversee announcements, changes to the Articles of Association, and adjustments to business registration related to this proposal.

The share register will be closed from 14 November 2025 to 19 November 2025, both days inclusive. Shareholders whose names appear on the register before 4:30 p.m. on 13 November 2025 may attend and vote. They may also appoint proxies if they cannot attend in person. The meeting is expected to last for approximately half an hour, and attendees will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs.
