China Longyuan reiterates transition to fully electronic corporate communications

China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited (China Longyuan, 00916) issued a reminder on 8 April 2026 confirming the full implementation of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications.

The company referred to its original notice dated 6 February 2024 that detailed the move to discontinue routine printed mailings. Henceforth, English and Chinese versions of documents such as annual and interim reports, financial summaries, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms will be available exclusively on the company’s website (www.clypg.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide their email addresses to the relevant banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications.

Investors preferring hard-copy materials can still obtain them by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing ChinaLongyuan.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and the preferred language version.

Enquiries regarding the new arrangement can be directed to the H-share registrar on (852) 2862 8688 during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
