To fully implement the national, autonomous region, and Hohhot city "AI Plus" action plans, with a focus on digital economy development, technology-enabled industry growth, and cultivating new quality productive forces, and to give full play to Saihan District's demonstration and leading role in the high-quality development of the capital's digital economy and technology innovation industries, the following 15 "AI Plus" enterprise-benefit policies currently in effect in Saihan District have been compiled based on Hohhot municipal policy documents.
