Hong Kong stock exchange data reveals that on March 23, a shareholder of ZCLOUD TECH-NEW (09900) transferred shares from GHYC Securities to Greater Bay Area Shenzhen-Hong Kong Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HK$587 million, representing 4.70% of the company's issued share capital. Separately, ZCLOUD TECH-NEW previously announced the appointment of Mr. Liu Zhiyi as an executive director of the company, effective February 2, 2026.
