According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 16, UBS SDIC Fund Management Co., Ltd. reduced its holding in CITIC BANK (HKEX: 00998) by approximately 14.708197 million shares. The transaction was executed at a price of HK$7.64 per share, amounting to a total consideration of roughly HK$123 million.
Following this disposal, the fund manager's latest shareholding stands at approximately 1.188 billion shares. This represents a holding percentage of 7.99% of the issued share capital.
