TRANSPORT INT'L Releases Circular on Scrip Dividend Scheme and Provides Communication Options to Shareholders

Transport International Holdings Limited (“TRANSPORT INT'L”) announced on 1 June 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its circular regarding the “Scrip Dividend Scheme,” together with the related Election Form, are now available on both the Company’s website (www.tih.hk) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies of the circular have been enclosed for shareholders who previously requested hard-copy corporate communications. Shareholders wishing to alter their current mode of receipt—whether switching between electronic and printed formats or changing language preference—can complete the Change Request Form attached to the notice and return it to the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by post, by hand, or via email (tih.ecom@computershare.com.hk).

Key procedural details: • Address for postal or hand delivery: 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. • A postage-paid mailing label is provided for responses posted within Hong Kong; overseas shareholders must affix appropriate postage. • Shareholders who have elected to receive documents electronically and experience access difficulties may request free printed copies by writing or emailing the registrar. • Future communication preferences can be modified at any time with at least seven days’ written notice to the registrar.
