CHINA RES GAS Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of HK$0.65 per Share with Optional RMB Settlement

Bulletin Express06-03 18:22

China Resources Gas Group Limited declared a final dividend of HK$0.65 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Shareholders may choose to receive the payment either entirely in Hong Kong Dollars or, by election, in Renminbi at a fixed exchange rate of HK$1.00 : RMB0.88099. On this basis, the dividend payable in Renminbi amounts to RMB0.5726409 per share.

Key timeline: completed election forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited no later than 4:30 p.m. on 29 June 2026. If no form is submitted, dividends will be paid in Hong Kong Dollars by default.

Shareholders opting for RMB should ensure they hold an appropriate bank account capable of clearing RMB cheques; the company gives no assurance regarding potential handling charges or clearance timing for such cheques in or outside Hong Kong.

The RMB currency election can be made for: 1) the FY2025 final dividend only, or 2) all future cash dividends on a permanent basis (revocable by written notice).

For partial currency elections, any portion not specified for RMB will be paid in Hong Kong Dollars, and an over-election will automatically convert the entire dividend entitlement to RMB.

Joint shareholders must sign the election form jointly, and corporate shareholders must execute the form under seal or by authorised signature. Personal data provided in the form will be used solely for dividend processing in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
