JIHONG CO Declares FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 1.8 per 10 Shares; Ex-Dividend on 4 May 2026

Xiamen Jihong Co., Ltd (JIHONG CO) has approved a final dividend of RMB 1.8 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to an updated announcement released on 29 April 2026.

The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 2.0569 per 10 shares, based on a fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1427. Shareholders endorsed the payout at the company’s meeting held on 29 April 2026.

Withholding tax • Non-resident individuals from Hong Kong, Macao or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate: 10% • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10%: 10% (subject to refund upon approval) • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with treaty rates between 10% and 20%: applicable treaty rate • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate or no treaty: 20% • Non-resident enterprises: 10%

Share registrar Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (Hopewell Centre, Wanchai) will handle registration and documentation.

The update clarifies exchange-rate conversion, payment arrangements and detailed withholding-tax procedures for shareholders entitled to the FY2025 final dividend.
