Both documents were reviewed and approved by the board of directors on March 27, 2025, with the Valuation Enhancement Plan already made public. The bank stated that it will conduct regular assessments of the plan’s implementation effectiveness. Any necessary improvements will be submitted to the board for review before being disclosed.
