ZHENRO PPT Reports 7.68% Drop in Contracted Sales for First Two Months

ZHENRO PPT (06158) announced its contracted sales figures for the period ending February 28, 2026. In the month of February alone, the group, including its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 303 million, with a contracted sales area of about 19,100 square meters. The average selling price for February was around RMB 15,800 per square meter.

For the two-month period ended February 28, 2026, the cumulative contracted sales amounted to roughly RMB 649 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 7.68%. The total contracted sales area reached approximately 47,100 square meters, while the average selling price stood at about RMB 13,800 per square meter.
