CBK HOLDINGS (08428) announced that on December 9, 2025, its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, CBK HOLDINGS (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanxi Weizhangmen Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Shanxi Weizhangmen). The two parties agreed to jointly develop the national catering market, focusing on the promotion and operation of the chain brand "Yan Qi Gong."

Shanxi Weizhangmen, a company established under Chinese law, specializes in operating the "Yan Qi Gong" chain restaurant business and possesses extensive experience in catering management and operations. "Yan Qi Gong" is a well-established chain brand known for its specialty cuisine.

This strategic partnership marks a key step for CBK HOLDINGS in deepening its presence in the catering and consumer services sector, expanding into the Chinese market, and achieving long-term sustainable growth. The group will leverage its market resources and branding expertise to enhance "Yan Qi Gong's" operational framework and support capabilities, laying the foundation for nationwide expansion.

Currently, "Yan Qi Gong" has successfully established outlets in multiple major cities across China, demonstrating strong operational performance. Future plans include scaling up through standardized operations and brand upgrades, as well as introducing franchise programs and expanding product lines to drive sustained brand growth.
