According to a research report released by CICC, after attending the Sina Finance AI Investment Summit and Lenovo Group Investor Exchange Meeting on September 16, the company further clarified its path to long-term profitability improvement. Meanwhile, as super node commercialization accelerates, Lenovo's competition in the AI infrastructure sector is extending from standalone servers further to system-level capabilities. CICC maintained its "Outperform Industry" rating on Lenovo Group Ltd (00992) with a target price of HK$51.

It is worth noting that Lenovo Group Ltd (00992) Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Wong Shiu Ming recently stated bluntly that Lenovo's valuation is roughly one-seventh of Dell's, but our revenue and net profit are not seven times different. In this regard, we are completely undervalued by the market. He emphasized that Lenovo's long-term net margin could reach 5%-8%, benchmarking against Dell's profitability level.
