Recent data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals a significant share purchase.
On July 7th, Anhui Conch Group acquired 16.41 million shares of Conch Venture (HKEX: 00586).
The transaction was executed at a price of HK$10.04 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$165 million.
Following this purchase, the group's total shareholding has increased to around 240 million shares.
This revised holding now represents a 13.40% stake in the company.
